If, within 60 days of your listing going live, you do not get a single lead - and by a lead we mean a homeowner clicking your phone, email or website from your listing - we refund every penny you have paid. No arguments.
One condition, and it is a fair one: the guarantee applies to fully completed listings only. That means your logo, photos, business description, contact details and certifications are all filled in. We cannot get you found if your listing is half-empty - but if it is complete and the leads still do not come, the refund is yours.

What counts as a 'lead' for the guarantee?
A lead is a homeowner clicking your phone number, email address or website link directly from your listing on Devon Green Trades.
Is the Founding Member price really locked for life?
Yes. As a founding member you pay £25/month for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the standard rate applies.
Is the free listing really free?
Yes - no card, no trial. Your basic listing stays free indefinitely, with your business name, trade, website link and a map pin in the directory.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly rolling and your listing reverts to free at the end of the billing period. Cancelling a founding subscription means you lose the locked rate if you rejoin later.
How do you verify businesses?
Our dataset comes directly from the public MCS installer register, and self-submitted listings are manually reviewed before going live. See the About page for the full process.
